I want to make a documentary of it, be able to walk within the area, research it more and speak with people who lived in Pripyat during the time. It amazes me that they continued to use the other reactors, even after the fourth one’s tragic explosion.
With this being said, this is my justification for going to see The Chernobyl Diaries tonight. This can go one of two ways: I’ll either be scared shitless, or I’ll be very angry that such a tragic accident was turned into joke.
I am hoping it is not the later.
I don’t know if I’m more in love with the VSQ version of this song, or the actual The Decemberists version with words. Officially addicted to both, however!

This is a non-commercial illustration incorporating many Rush themes/characters into one piece. The band member posters on the wall (close-up shot) will be re-worked as separate t-shirt designs in the near future, as will the whole illustration.
